  James R. (Jim) Guilinger 
            With more than 31 years in the minerals industry, Jim has completed numerous industrial and strategic minerals market studies and investigations for clients and companies around the world. 
        Prior to forming World Industrial Minerals, Jim was Director of Exploration and Development in Mexico for Eldorado and managed numerous precious, base, and industrial minerals projects. He has been a private consultant for more than 10 years and President of the Company for 5 years.

  Robert R. (Bob) Guilinger
            With more than 45 years experience in the minerals industry, Bob has completed numerous strategic minerals development projects and industrial minerals marketing studies in the U.S. and overseas. Formerly with Union Carbide and the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, he has been a private consultant for the past 22 years and is Vice President of the company.

  Alejo Monsivais
            With more than 30 years in the mineral industry, Alejo has completed a wide range of precious, base, industrial and strategic minerals projects in Mexico. Formerly with Penoles and Asarco Mexico, Alejo is now President of our Contract Geologic/Technical Services Company, Exla S.A. de C.V. This company specializes in contract exploration and development programs in Mexico, Central America, and South America.

  Walter C. (Wally) Clark
            Has more than 25 years in private consulting. Formerly in sales, quality control and production of ready mix concrete and construction aggregate. Wally has expertise in computer services and research. He is an Associate of the company and President of Walter C. Clark Consulting.

  Douglas (Doug) Christopherson
            With more than 32 years experience as a mining engineer, Doug has held a number of engineering positions, including mine manager, on mineral projects located in the United States and Asia. In addition to his engineering work, Doug has completed a number of environmental assessments, plant/mine permitting, feasibility studies and ore reserve estimations. Doug is an Associate of the company and manages engineering, environmental and permitting assignments.

  John W. Keller
            With 15 years in the minerals industry and 7 years at the Colorado Geological Survey, John is an experienced geologist and has conducted exploration for metals and industrial minerals in the U.S., Latin America, China, and the former Soviet Union. He is proficient at 3D geological modeling of mineral deposits and the use of geographic information systems (GIS). At the Colorado Geological Survey, John authored over 20 peer-reviewed geologic publications including 9 geologic quadrangle maps. He is a Certified Professional Geologist in good standing with the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG), and a qualified person (QP) under National Instrument 43-101 (Canada).

  Dr. Miles L (Bill) Silbeman
            Bill is chief generative consultant to the company, and does initial investigations and evaluations of Resources both in the US and offshore. Bill has 40 years experience in the business, with 27 years at the USGS, doing research and studies of mineral deposits throughout the US and world-wide. He has run and managed exploration programs for precious and base metals, for numerous major and junior clients and has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He is a qualified person by 43-101 standards and is a registered geologist in California.
